Cross cultural training The aim of this service is to provide expatriates with the weapons they will need to deal with the transition from one culture to another, both personally and professionally. This personalised training can be taken as a family, and it is basically structured around the following three objectives: - adaptation process and culture shock prevention. - introduction to Spanish and Catalan culture and cultural adjustment - establishing a personal integration plan. Each programme includes manuals and an integration process follow-up session.Language courses The extent of our selection allows you to choose the formula you believe to be most appropriate for you to discover or reinforce your Spanish. Whatever formula you choose, the teachers adapt to your needs and can travel to your workplace or your home. APRIL Relocation advises you regarding the best options and co-ordinates the registration process.The Maletín In order for you to get to understand your new environment better, we offer a complete information kit. It contains a conversation guide, maps of Spain, maps of your town and region, transport guides, etc. Here you will also find the April Guide Book, a complete, updated guide with cultural and practical information edited at our offices, which will make your adaptation to Spain easier.
Personalised visits Orientation visit prior to arrival We organise these visits in order to allow you to become familiar with the place where you will live (residential areas, schools, distances, etc.) and make the best decision regarding your future home. We will provide detailed information regarding your destination town and take all the measures required to meet your needs in terms of accommodation during this visit.
Personalised visits APRIL adapts to your needs and organises a series of visits of Catalonia. Sea, mountain, architecture, arts, etc., the choice is yours, share your curiosity with us, we will provide you with the means to satisfy it. Orientation to local neighbourhoodIn order for you to find your bearings sooner, an APRIL Relocation collaborator will take you around your neighbourhood, showing you the various places of interest (banks, chemists, supermarkets, post office, metro stations, etc.) in the area around your new home.
